Sorry for the wait, I had so much stuff to do and iv'e been so busy!!! But i'm back!!! Now, this recipe is a classic pasta dish with a twist!
Ingredients:
2 boxes of Ancient Harvest Veggie Curls
1 can of baked beans
3 tbsp butter alternative
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp Trader Joe's South African Smoke
1 tsp kelp granules
1 tsp BlendItUp! Thai Curry Spice Blend
1 tsp Osem Consomme
1 tsp onion granules
1 tsp curry powder
1 1/2 garlic powder
1 3/4 salt
Directions:
Cook pasta as directed on package and set aside. Open can of beans and pour into a pot. Heat beans on medium to low heat. Once boiling, turn off the stove and add seasonings. Pour beans into the pasta and add butter. And then ENJOY!!!

Creamy Potato Soup That Makes You Want To Dance!!!
Where do you think I get all my fitness from, or my health? I dance, but I don't dance at any old studio, I dance at Innovation Dance Company, and this year I auditioned for the comp. team and guess what...
I made the team!!! Here's to all the dance parents who go thru all the struggle... hey, that's a dance song!!!
Ingredients:
2 bouillon cubes
5-6 potatoes skinned and chopped into cubes
1-2 cups of almond or milk
1 skinned carrot
1 garlic clove
1 onion
1 celery stalk
salt and pepper
Directions:
(put all ingredients into a slow cooker for best results)
Put all ingredients into a slow cooker or a pot and cover with lid on low heat until potatoes are soft.
Take out a stick blender and put on the blade attachment and blend it until creamy. !Caution! Soup is hot.
Be careful not to burn yourself when serving. (unfortunately, I found hat out the hard way...)
Let it sit for about 5 min. Serve and enjoy!!!

Dance Your Heart Out Smoothie
So, I dance at a studio and workout, but don't you have to be healthy to dance? Yup, you have to be healthy. So I created a smoothie that will make you want to dance our heart out!

1/4 cup of kale
1/2 cup of strawberrys
2 tbsp coconut
1/4 bag of pineapple
2 tbsp sugar (optional)
Directions:
Mix all ingredients into a blender and blend until smoothie and enjoy!!!

The Dark Cherry Pineapple Wow!!!
The Lemon Slushy makes your mouth feel like ice, and this smoothie will make your taste buds go WOW!!!!!! Not a big difference, right?

Best Vegan Mac and Cheese in the Entire World...Seriously
So I had this crave of mac-cheese right, so I had to make some, sooooooo, I MADE THE BEST MAC-CHEESE IN THE WORLD!!!!!!!! (plz leave comments on how good it is)
Ingredients:
1 package Macaroni
1 cup nutritional yeast
2 tablespoons liquid aminos
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 1/2 cups of water
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Cook pasta as said on package and when cooked and drained, pour into a baking pan. While pasta is cooking, bring out a mixing bowl and pour water in bowl. Add nutritional yeast, liquid aminos, and garlic powder in bowl and mix until thick and goopy. When thick and goopy, pour over pasta and set in oven. Bake until top of pasta is crispy, about 15 minutes. Take out of oven and let it cool for about 10 minutes and after its cooled off, you (here is the best part) ENJOY!!!!!!!

Blueberry Orange Chocolate Pancakes
No pic this time, buuuuut, pancakes took over pics, right, but blueberry orange chocolate pancakes, more then take over, EPIC SUCCESS!!!!!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup nondairy milk
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 cup blueberrys
1/3 cup orange pulp
1/3 cup chocolate chips
1 1/2 sugar
Directions:
Mix flour, nondairy milk, olive oil, baking powder and sugar in mixer bowl until it looks like slimy batter.
Then, mix in blueberrys, orange pulp and chocolate chips in the batter, then put the batter on a frying pan and when brown, flip it. Keep doing that until all batter is gone, and enjoy!!!
(P.S: Its REALLY good, lol...)

The Lemon Slushy
BRAINFREEZE!!!!!!!!!!!! This is sooo good, mmmmmmmmmmmmmm! The Lemon Slushy will make your mouth feel like ice!

Ingredients:
1 lemon
Enough vegan cane sugar to taste
Ice (Enough to fill your blender)
Water (About a 1/2 cup)
Directions:
Put ingredients in Vitamix or a any blender.
1) Peel the lemon
2) Put in the lemon
3) Put in the water
4) Put in the sugar
5) Blend it up
6) Put in ice
7) Blend it up (until it looks like a slushy) and enjoy!

Kole's Cooked Coconut Curry Rice

Me: Mommy i'm hungry, can we make rice?
Mommy: Ok Kole what do we have?
Me: Veggies and coconut milk.
Mommy: Ok Kole I will get it started.
Me: I'm going to post this on my blog!
Ingredients:

Rice- I used Trader Joe's Brown Rice Medley but you can use any kind you want.
1 can of coconut milk
Chopped carrots, chopped broccoli and snow peas
Water- For cooking the rice in
Curry- You can put as much curry as you want.
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1) Follow directions on rice package
2) The last 10 minutes add the veggies to the cooking rice
3) When rice is done, add coconut milk and curry
4) Add salt and pepper
5) Mix and enjoy!

The Raspberry Chocolate Wow!!!
Yummy!!!! A smoothie/milkshake fit for a King! The Raspberry Chocolate Wow,
WOW!!! The spinach is for health, but you can't taste it.

2 handfuls of organic spinach
3 tbsp of peanut butter
3 tbsp of organic cocoa powder
1 handful of frozen raspberries
ice if smoothie
Directions:
Put ingredients in a Vitamix or any blender.
1) Put in spinach first so it gets mixed better
2) Throw in the rest
3) Mix and enjoy!
