The Lemon Slushy

BRAINFREEZE!!!!!!!!!!!!  This is sooo good, mmmmmmmmmmmmmm!  The Lemon Slushy will make your mouth feel like ice!




Ingredients:


1 lemon


Enough vegan cane sugar to taste


 Ice (Enough to fill your blender)


Water (About a 1/2 cup)





Directions:


Put ingredients in Vitamix or a any blender.


1) Peel the lemon


2) Put in the lemon


3) Put in the water


4) Put in the sugar


5) Blend it up


6) Put in ice


7) Blend it up (until it looks like a slushy) and enjoy!

Kole's Cooked Coconut Curry Rice

Me:  Mommy i'm hungry, can we make rice?
Mommy:  Ok Kole what do we have?
Me:  Veggies and coconut milk.
Mommy:  Ok Kole I will get it started.
Me:  I'm going to post this on my blog!


Ingredients:


Rice- I used Trader Joe's Brown Rice Medley but you can use any kind you want.

1 can of coconut milk

Chopped carrots, chopped broccoli and snow peas

Water- For cooking the rice in

Curry- You can put as much curry as you want.

Salt and pepper to taste


Directions:


1) Follow directions on rice package

2) The last 10 minutes add the veggies to the cooking rice

3) When rice is done, add coconut milk and curry

4) Add salt and pepper

5) Mix and enjoy!

The Raspberry Chocolate Wow!!!

Yummy!!!! A smoothie/milkshake fit for a King!  The Raspberry Chocolate Wow,
WOW!!! The spinach is for health, but you can't taste it.

Ingredients:

3 cups coconut milk

2 handfuls of organic spinach

3 tbsp of peanut butter

3 tbsp of organic cocoa powder

1 handful of frozen raspberries

ice if smoothie








Directions:

Put ingredients in a Vitamix or any blender.

1) Put in spinach first so it gets mixed better

2) Throw in the rest

3) Mix and enjoy!
